Combine sugar, sour cream, and almond extract; fold in pecans. Cut grapes in half, if desired, and toss until well coated in sour cream mixture. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
Editor’s Extra: For a nice presentation, rather than tossing grapes in cream mixture, layer grapes, then sour cream mixture in stemmed glasses.
