In a chilled bowl, using an electric mixer with chilled beaters, beat cream, sugar and vanilla on medium speed. Continue to beat until soft peaks form. Set aside. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy; gradually add cream mixture, beating until smooth. Reserve a few whole cranberries from cranberry sauce. Fold remaining cranberry sauce into cream cheese mixture. Spoon mixture into pie crust. Freeze for 4 hours, or until firm. Remove pie from freezer and let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving. Garnish individual slices with reserved whole cranberries.
