Beat eggs, sugar and salt with an electric mixer on high speed until mixture is thick and yellow. Add flour; beat until smooth. Add evaporated milk and vanilla; beat well. Pour batter into a well-greased slow cooker. Arrange cherries evenly over batter. Cover and cook on low setting for 3-1/2 to 4 hours, or until flan is firm. Garnish individual servings with whipped cream.
