1. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.
2. Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat add oil. When oil is hot add chicken sauté until golden and cooked through, about 5 minutes per side. Remove chicken to cutting board and let sit for 5 minutes.
3. Toss lettuce and tomato halves with dressing divide equally among salad plates.
4. Once chicken has cooled slightly, cut into thin slices and arrange on salad. Garnish with croutons and parmesan cheese from packet and serve.
