1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place chicken in 9x13 inch baking dish in a single layer. Cover chicken with the celery soup.
2. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes. Then turn over and bake for another 30 minutes.
3. Combine mushroom soup, water, onion, garlic and oregano. Mix together.
4. Pour the mixture over the chicken and top with mozzarella cheese slices. Sprinkle parmesan over the top and put in the over for another 20 minutes.
