Brown pork chops on both sides in oil in a skillet. Remove from skillet and set aside. Add orange juice, water, brown sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch, and bouillon to skillet. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Add pork chops. Simmer, covered, for 20 minutes or until pork chops are tender and cooked through. Add oranges and bell pepper. Cook until heated through.
