Preheat oven to 350°. Generously grease a 3-quart oblong baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix chicken, broth or bouillon, rice, bread crumbs, mushrooms, celery, eggs, green onions, pimiento, parsley, salt, paprika and pepper. Pour into baking dish.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, saute almonds in butter or margarine until lightly browned. Add croutons and stir until well coated. Sprinkle over top of chicken mixture.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until hot.
Serve sauce separately.
