Crispy Baked Chicken

Ingredients

2 chicken breasts, split and skinned
1/4 cup milk fat free
1/4 cup cornflakes crumbs
1/4 teaspoon rosemary or coriander
Freshly ground pepper

Directions:

1. Rinse and dry chicken pieces thoroughly. Dip in milk.

2. Mix cornflake crumbs with rosemary or coriander and pepper. Roll chicken in the seasoned crumbs.

3. Place in microwave-safe roasting rack. Cover with paper towel.

4. Microwave 4-6 minutes on HIGH or until done.
