I first had this in Canada and thought it was a very refreshing drink, hot or iced. This version uses herb tea since children certainly don't need caffeine.
Simmer the water and spices for 5 minutes. Add tea bags and remove from heat. Steep for 5 minutes. Remove tea bags and spices. Add juices and sweetener. Serve immediately or refrigerate in covered pitcher. Reheat or serve iced.
