In 9x13-inch glass baking dish, layer lettuce, onion, celery, 1/2 the tomatoes, and the chicken. Sprinkle red pepper sauce over chicken. Pour dressing evenly over salad. Sprinkle with bacon and remaining tomatoes.
Fun Fact: Toasted nuts add so much taste and crunch to salads. But beware, you can burn them easily while trying to get them toasted. Try putting them on a toaster oven tray and toast for 2 1/2–3 minutes, just till slightly browned. Use a timer. Remove immediately to cool.
