Place scrubbed potatoes in center of large piece of heavy-duty foil. Mix butter, garlic, and seasoning, and pour over potatoes. Seal foil packet, allowing room for expansion. Place potatoes on grill over medium heat. Cook 35–45 minutes or until potatoes are tender, turning foil packet several times during cooking.
Fun Fact: Though flowers are the first thought for a centerpiece, think of around-your-house alternatives. My daughter makes frozen sculptures with autumn leaves or holly leaves, berries, and nuts by freezing them in water in a half-gallon milk carton or round ice cream carton, then unmolding onto a tray with ample lip for melting. Candles spaced on either side make a unique fire-and-ice conversation piece that continues to re-sculpture itself as it very slowly melts. The cost? Nothing. —Gwen
