Mix cheese, parsley, and crumbs in bowl. Melt butter with garlic in small skillet. Dip chicken cubes in butter, then roll in crumbs. Place on Pam-sprayed baking pan. Bake at 375° for 20–25 minutes, or until chicken is done. Okay to refrigerate several hours before baking.
Fun Fact: When recipes call for butter or margarine, unless specified "no substitute," use whichever you like. Butter tends to burn easier, so watch it carefully. When sautéing, a little oil added to the butter tames the tendency to burn. Both work fine in baking . . . but you can’t beat the taste of real butter.
