Combine cheeses and crumbs. Dip chicken into melted butter and roll in crumbs. Arrange chicken in single layer in a microwave-safe dish. Pour remaining butter and crumbs over chicken. Cover with plastic wrap; vent on one side. Cook on full power for 5–5 1/2 minutes. Freezes well.
