Preheat oven to 400°. Cut chicken into 1 1/2-inch pieces; stir chicken with 1/3 cup mustard in medium bowl. Crush onions finely in plastic food bag. Toss chicken in onions a few pieces at a time, pressing gently to adhere. Spread chicken on baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center. Serve with remaining honey mustard.
