Cut chicken into 3/4-inch cubes. Blend egg, mustard, and sugar. Shake nuggets in bag with flour. Dip in egg mixture; coat with pretzel crumbs. Put on baking sheet. Bake at 400° for 9–11 minutes. Serve with honey mustard for dipping.
