Ingredients

8 slices bread
4 tablespoons peanut butter
4 tablespoons grape jelly or strawberry jam
1/4 cup milk
1 egg , beaten
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:

Spread 4 slices of bread with peanut butter and jelly or jam; top with remaining bread. Whisk together remaining ingredients in a shallow bowl. Brush milk mixture on one side of sandwiches. Place moistened side down in a lightly greased skillet; brush milk mixture over top. Grill until golden on both sides.
