2 pounds ground beef , browned and drained
1 (16-ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (6-ounce) can tomato paste
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon dried, minced onion
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
2 drops hot pepper sauce

Mix all ingredients together in a Dutch oven. Simmer over medium-low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve immediately, or refrigerate and reheat at serving time.
