Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a large frying pan, brown ground beef and onion until no longer pink. Drain if necessary. Add coleslaw blend and 1 cup water. Cover and simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are almost done. Stir in gravy mix and remaining water. Simmer until gravy thickens. Lay one crust in a deep-dish pie pan. Spoon beef mixture into pie shell. Cover with remaining crust; seal edges. Cut a few short slits in the top crust to allow steam to vent during baking. Bake 23–28 minutes, or until golden brown. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
