Okra and Beef Skillet

Ingredients

2 pounds ground beef
2 (8-ounce) cans tomato sauce
1 tablespoon southwestern seasoning or chili powder
1 (15-ounce) can corn, with liquid
1 (16-ounce) package frozen cut okra, thawed
1 cup grated Mexican blend cheese

Directions:

In a large frying pan, brown ground beef until no longer pink. Drain if necessary. Stir in tomato sauce, seasoning, corn, and okra. Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle cheese over top and serve.
