Cream margarine, sugar, and eggs. Add juice and grated rind. Mix baking soda with milk and add to margarine mixture. Add flour and baking powder. Mix well. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375° for 12–15 minutes. When cookies are completely cool, ice with Orange drop Cookie icing.
Orange Drop Cookie Icing:
Mix juice, softened butter, and confectioners’ sugar together; spread on cookies.
