Zucchini Cookies

Ingredients

1 cup butter or margarine
2 cups sugar
2 cups shredded zucchini
4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 cup raisins (optional)
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup chopped nuts

Directions:

Cream together butter and sugar. Add remaining ingredients. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake at 375° for 10 minutes. Let cool before removing from tray.
