Place fish on paper towels; pat dry. Coat fish with 1/2 cup Mix. In large bowl, combine remaining mixture, lemon juice, and beer (this will foam). Stir until consistency of pancake batter. In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Dip fish into batter; fry until golden brown on both sides. Drain on paper towels.
