Melt fat in pan. Add garlic, celery, and onions; cook until soft. Blend in flour, oysters, oyster liquid, Accent, cayenne, salt and pepper. Cook on low heat, stirring constantly until oysters make more liquid. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add uncooked parsley and cool. Fill prepared patty shells and bake in 300° oven until heated, about 15 minutes.
Note: This recipe fills 5-6 large patty shells. It is also delicious served in bite-sized shells as an appetizer.
