Melt butter in large skillet or wok. Add celery, mushrooms, onions, and garlic and sauté lightly. Add wine, soy sauce, salt, and pepper, and bring just to a boil. Add shrimp and stir until they all turn pink. Turn heat down and add sour cream. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Serve over rice cooked according to package directions.
