Cream Cheese Cookies


Serves: 5

Yield: 5 dozen chewy cookies

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:

Blend butter with cream cheese. Mix in sugar and flour. Add nuts and vanilla. Drop from teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake in 350° oven for 10-12 minutes or until edges of cookies are brown.
