Sift first 4 ingredients together and set aside. Cream butter and extracts; gradually add sugar, creaming until fluffy after each addition. Add egg yolks, one at a time. Add dry ingredients in fourths to creamed mixture; beat just until blended after each addition. Form dough into 1-inch balls and place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
