White Guacamole

Ingredients

1 (15-ounce) can navy beans, drained and rinsed
2 teaspoons chopped garlic, fresh or jarred organic
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
3 tablespoons avocados oil
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup lime juice, fresh or bottled organic
1 teaspoon kosher salt

Directions:

Puree everything in a food processor until smooth. Serve as a dip with raw vegetables, cooked shrimp, chips, or crackers.
