In a large nonstick skillet, dissolve cornstarch, sugar, and Butter Buds in milk. Turn heat to medium. Add spinach; stir constantly and bring to a boil. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Reduce heat to low; cover; let simmer 10 minutes.
