Beat eggs slightly. Add milk, asparagus, 1/4 cup Swiss cheese, and garlic salt set aside. Melt butter in skillet add onion and pepper cook until tender. Pour egg mixture over vegetables cook on low heat, covered for about 15 minutes or until set. Sprinkle with remaining Swiss cheese. Let stand, covered until cheese is melted.
