Cut cantaloupes in half, remove seeds and scallop edges chill. Mix together peach slices, orange slices, diced pineapple, grapefruit sections, banana slices, and honey. Just before serving, put fruit mixture into cantaloupe halves. Pour grenadine syrup over each. Top with scoops of sherbet.
