Put chocolate, sugar, hot water, butter, flour, and salt into a small pan and heat. Cook over low heat, stirring. Add milk stir until smooth and thick. Beat egg yolks. Add a little hot sauce then add rest of sauce. Beat egg whites until foamy. Add sugar and beat until stiff. Fold into chocolate mixture. Add vanilla. Bake at 325°F for 35 to 40 minutes in a buttered soufflé dish sprinkled with sugar. Serve with whipped cream
