Serves: 6
Total Calories: 104

Ingredients

2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:

Beat eggs slightly. Add milk, flour, and salt. Beat until smooth and thin, about 2 minutes. Pour into six buttered custard cups and bake at 400°F until puffed and golden brown.

NOTE: Do not open oven while baking.
