Mix flour, cereal, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and raisins together in large bowl. Mix in small bowl add egg, buttermilk, and vegetable oil. Stir lightly just until ingredients are moist but still lumpy. Bake in greased muffin cups at 400°F for 18 to 20 minutes.
