Roll pie crust 1/8-inch thick and with it, cover the bottom of a 10-inch pie pan. Bring milk and butter to a boil in saucepan. Add flour all at once and stir briskly with wooden spoon until dough leaves sides of pan and forms a ball in center of saucepan. Remove from heat and add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Continue beating until mixture is smooth and satiny. Put it through a pastry bag and form a raised border around the edge of pie crust dough and against sides of pan.
Bake in hot oven (400°F) for 30 minutes. Remove carefully from pan. Cool. Fill with cream filling and chill.
