In a large bowl, combine cereals and pretzels. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients; stir until sugar is dissolved. Pour over cereal mixture; toss until mixture is well coated. Transfer to a large ungreased roasting pan. Bake, uncovered, at 275 degrees for 1-1/4 hours, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool completely; store in an airtight container.
Tip: The relaxing scent of lavender is a simple country pleasure. Hang a generous bouquet near towels and sheets inside the linen closet.
