Add chicken to water in large pot. Add bouillon and stir until dissolved. Bring to boil. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center. Remove chicken and cut in small pieces. Add onion, celery and spices and simmer for 30 minutes. Add pasta and cook for 20 minutes or until pasta is tender. Remove bay leaf. Mix cornstarch with 3 tablespoons cold water. Stir into soup and stir until mixture boils and thickens.
