Vegetable Chowder


Serves: 6

Ingredients

4 cups water
2 teaspoons chicken bouillon
3 carrots, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
1 cup chopped broccoli
1 (12-ounce) can evaporated milk
1 tablespoon parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoons flour
1/4 cup cold water

Directions:

In large pot, bring water to a boil. Add bouillon and stir until dissolved. Add vegetables. Cook for 20 minutes or until tender. Stir in milk. Add spices. Mix flour in water and whisk until smooth. Gradually pour in soup stirring constantly until it thickens.
