1. Heat sugar and water to boiling in small saucepan over medium heat. Stir in orange peel and lime peel boil 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Let mixture stand 5 minutes.
2. Mix bananas and oranges with lime juice in medium bowl. Pour warm syrup over fruit. Serve fruit warm.
