Preheat the grill to low. While the grill is heating, combine olive oil, garlic and parsley in a small bowl.
Place pitas on the grill. Brush with olive oil mixture and sprinkle with cheese and sea salt.
Heat until the pita is heated through and cheese starts to melt.
Take pitas off the grill and cut each in to 4-8 slices and arrange on a platter. Serve immediately.
