In a large bowl (with tight fitting lid), mix vegetables and meats of your choice.
Then pour Italian dressing over the top, put lid on and shake to coat.
Refrigerate and marinate (shaking often to mix) for at least 2 hours. Soak bamboo skewer in water for at least 30 minutes.
Alternating meats and vegetables, thread onto bamboo skewers.
Grill until done.
