In a medium bowl, whisk together, balsamic, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, basil, salt and pepper. Add in shrimp. Coat all pieces, cover and marinade for 30 minutes (or up to two hours).
Preheat grill for at least 10 minutes on medium.
While grill is preheating, slide shrimp on wooden skewers. Grill kebabs for about 2-3 minutes per side.
Remove shrimp from grill and serve over a bed of lettuce and tomatoes. Serve with your favorite vinaigrette.
