1. Mix ¾ cup milk and the oats in large microwavable bowl or 4-cup measuring cup. Microwave uncovered on High about 3 minutes or until boiling.
2. Stir in raisins and up to ¼ cup milk until desired consistency. Let stand about 5 minutes or until cool enough to eat.
A NOTE from DR. GHOSH
To make this comfort food low residue, prepare oatmeal with water and leave out the raisins. Sprinkling it with a little brown sugar and a dash of ground cinnamon boosts the flavor level.
