Serves: 5
Break off the required amount of noodles and separate the strands. Heat deep-frying oil to 350 degrees. Add noodles and deep-fry quickly until crisp, puffed up and snow white (about 20 seconds on each side). Do not brown. Drain on paper toweling and let cool.
