Diane’s Spinach Salad


Serves: 4

Ingredients

4 cups spinach, torn into bite-size pieces
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons evaporated milk
1 1/2 teaspoons dill weed
1 1/2 teaspoons dried, chopped onions
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon pepper seasoning

Directions:

Divide spinach equally among 4 salad bowls; set aside. Whisk together remaining ingredients, thinning with additional milk, if desired. Drizzle over spinach.


A scoop of peppermint ice cream added to a frosty glass of eggnog really dresses it up. To add some fizz, pour in a splash of chilled ginger ale.
