Garlic Cheddar Biscuit Cups

Ingredients

1 cup self-rising flour
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
3/4 cup fat-free buttermilk
1 teaspoon minced roasted garlic

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; mix with a fork. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake at 425 degrees for 17 to 20 minutes, until golden.
