In a large bowl, combine cocoa, margarine, 1/2 cup sugar and brown sugar; blend well. Add 2 eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Combine flour and baking powder; stir into cocoa mixture. Stir in one teaspoon vanilla and cookie crumbs. Spread into a greased 11"x7" baking pan. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and remaining sugar, egg and vanilla until smooth. Spoon cream cheese mixture over batter; cut through batter with a knife to swirl. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out with moist crumbs. Cool completely. Cut into bars or into circles using a biscuit cutter.
