Combine dry cake mix, egg and melted butter; press into a greased 13"x9" baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Sprinkle marshmallows over baked crust; return to oven and bake for 3 additional minutes, or until marshmallows are melted. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt peanut butter chips, corn syrup, butter and vanilla. Stir in nuts and cereal. Spread mixture over marshmallow layer. Chill briefly until firm; cut into squares.
