Heat oven to 350° F. Place cottage cheese in bowl add eggs and blend well. Add broccoli and blend sprinkle flour on top and mix well. Add butter or margarine and 1/2 cup cheese, salt, pepper, and onion mix well. Put into greased 1-quart soufflé dish and sprinkle remainder of cheese on top. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until done.
