Place milk, eggs, breakfast drink powder and vanilla in a blender container. Cover and blend until smooth. With motor running, add ice cubes, one at a time, through opening in lid, blending until smooth and frothy.
Serve immediately in punch cups or small glasses. Garnish with maraschino cherries and orange slices.
