Place mango nectar, pineapple juice and cream of coconut in a blender container. Cover and blend with on-off bursts until blended. With motor running, add ice cubes, one at a time, through opening in lid, blending until mixture is foamy and ice is in small pieces.
Serve immediately in sugar-rimmed glasses.
*To use fresh mango, place pieces of mango in a blender container. Add a small amount of water. Cover and blend to make 1 1/2 cups puree.
Note: Cream of coconut can be found in the specialty beverage section of your supermarket.
